We're Hiring! Digital Marketing & Commercial Manager

Art on a Postcard is looking for a business-minded and creative Commercial Manager to join our small, fast-pace team. This is a dynamic role that requires fast thinking and strategic planning alongside creative content production, working to grow the business as we embark on a new ambitious journey. This person will be responsible for using digital marketing strategies to grow print sales on our online shop and spread the word about our fine art auctions, as well as project-manage as we go – raising as much money as possible for The Hepatitis C Trust. The right candidate will have an interest and knowledge of contemporary art with a strong work ethic, who can work to tight deadlines and is not afraid of a challenge.
  • An all-encompassing supportive role to the Art on a Postcard Director
  • Create and implement marketing and sales strategies
  • Attend events as a representative of Art on a Postcard throughout the year
  • To be flexible and carry out other associated duties as may arise, develop or be assigned in line with the broad remit of the post.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Digital Marketing
  • Write marketing and social media plans ensuring all content is on brand and in line with strategic goals.
  • Execute and schedule content across all marketing channels – email marketing, social media, creative content etc.
  • Website development and analysis - Shopify
  • Upload and product management
  • Online advertising management – Adwords, Facebook Ads etc.
  • Online sales management and reporting – Shopify
Qualifications and Skills
  • Shopify or similar
  • Adobe suite – Photoshop & Indesign
  • Google Adwords
  • Google Analytics
  • Social Media
  • Facebook business – ads
  • Arts Degree
