Statement about AOAP Submitted Artwork

This Momento Mori jelly mould takes the form of a tomb effigy topped with a pastel sleeping beauty and the inverted mould inside is that of a skeleton.
It takes the very serious issue of our mortality and loss and makes it into something frivolous like party food. It’s an almost nonsensical object, but we also need to remember the frivolous, nonsensical aspects of those loved and lost.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any works. In doing so, you endanger our relationships with artists, and directly jeopardise the charitable work we do.

PLEASE DO NOT BID ON ARTWORK IN OUR ART ON A POSTCARD AUCTIONS IF YOU INTEND ON SELLING THE ARTWORK AFTER YOU HAVE PURCHASED IT.
