Statement about AOAP Submitted Artwork

'Libido Lines' 1 & 2 - These sexy shapes come from a series of India ink drawings that use a single looping line and three dots to play with the boundaries between masculine and feminine forms.

'Potion Maker' - In these plants, from root to blossom, are potions to poison or heal. In the context of the natural landscape, where colours are used by plants and animals to both allure and ward off, how has our evolutionary history shaped our aesthetic sensibilities?

'Taking Comfort' - In one another's embrace, these lovers find solace and space to dream
