Statement about AOAP Submitted Artwork

Both my paintings titled "Heat" and "Sandstorm" are part of an ongoing body of work exploring the impact of human activity on the environment. The painting titled "Contemplating the line between perception and reality" was inspired by a quote from Carl Jung, who said, " It all depends on how we look at things and not how they are in themselves. The least of things with a meaning are worth more in life than the greatest of things without it."
