About the postcard artworks

Being asked to contribute towards this auction is an opportunity that I am very happy to do. Working on a small 2D surface is always a little out of the norm for me as I am mainly a sculptor, but I love the challenge. I cannot always resist the urge to add various 3D elements however, and the raised paint and textures show my natural tendency to bring a work into a physical place. I wanted the works to be covered in colour; the closer you look at these three pieces, the more you see the tiny spots of colour that blend together as you move back.
