Diana Copperwhite, lives and works in Dublin. 


Copperwhite has exhibited widely in Ireland and abroad. Recent Solo shows include, Proto Fiction and the Sleep of Reason, Kevin Kavanagh, Dublin, 2019, The Clock Struck between time, 532 Gallery Thomas Jaeckel, New York, 2019, and Driven By Distraction at the Royal Hibernian Academy, RHA, Dublin 2016. Upcoming Group shows include The National Gallery of Ireland, New Acquisitions, 2021. 
Her recent publication Fake New World published by the RHA to coincide with her exhibition features a recent biography written by Distinguished Professor Gail Levin. Her work is held in many important public collections including the National Gallery of Ireland, The Dublin City Gallery, The Hugh Lane, The Irish Museum of Modern Art, the Rothko Center Daugavpils, Latvia, the Arts Council of Ireland, Limerick City Gallery of Art, the Office of Public Works Ireland as well as private collections in Ireland, across Europe, Australia and in the United States.
She has been reviewed widely in Hyperallergic, The Brooklyn Rail, Art Forum, The Sunday Times and in 2007 she was the recipient of the AIB Art Prize Ireland. She has had solo presentations at Volta NY, 2013 and at PULSE NY, 2015 where she was nominated for the PULSE prize.
