Statement about AOAP Submitted Artwork
‘Conduit’ depicts a distant family member with an ectoplasmic substance gushing from his mouth. His haunting eyes stare back as the ethereal liquid emanates forth. The work plays on the mystery of unknown relatives; scraps of knowledge and stories passed down the generations constructing intriguing narratives where fiction and truth collide.
