A Step-by-Step Guide on How to Participate in Our Auctions

Are you ready to bid on exclusive artwork and add a new piece to your collection? Our online auction process is simple and seamless. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth experience and boost your chances of winning your dream artwork.

Step 1: Register for the Auction

First, register for the auction by visiting our Upcoming Auctions page and clicking on the auction that interests you. Sign up for our Newsletter for updates if the auction isn’t live for preview yet. You’ll need an account with Indy to bid. Creating an account is quick and easy. Once registered, you'll be set to join the bidding.

Step 2: Begin Bidding

Once the auction is live, place your bids. Set your Maximum Bid to let our system bid incrementally on your behalf. If someone outbids you, you’ll be notified, giving you the chance to raise your bid and stay in the game.

Step 3: Win Your Bid

The thrill of the auction peaks when the countdown timer reaches zero. The highest bidder wins the piece! If you're the lucky winner, you'll receive an email confirmation with instructions on proceeding with the payment.

Step 4: Complete Your Payment

After winning, complete your payment via the Indy platform. A payment link will be sent to your registration email. Be sure to check your inbox to finalize your payment and officially claim your piece.

Step 5: Pay for Insured Artwork Postage or Arrange a Collection

After completing payment for the artwork, purchase Insured Artwork Postage or arrange for collection through our website. Insured Artwork Postage covers up to 5 artworks and fully insures your item(s).

Important Notes:
Artworks cannot be dispatched until we confirm payment for both the artwork(s) and the shipping.
Do not pay for shipping until payment for the artwork(s) is completed.
Once confirmed, we’ll send out your artwork and provide an email with the tracking number.

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination.
As the buyer, you are responsible for any import costs. Due to Brexit, import fees may apply to destinations outside the UK.

To improve your chances of winning, place your maximum bids well in advance. This allows the system to bid on your behalf, even when you’re away, increasing your likelihood of staying ahead of competing bidders.
