How Can I Bid In An Auction?
Each Bidder/Buyer wishing to bid in an Auction must register prior to bidding by providing the relevant information as requested by AOAP. This is to ensure the relevant due diligence checks can been carried out. However, AOAP still has discretion to refuse participation in the auction.

Can I Cancel My Bid?
Once you have placed a bid, you will not be able to retract it.

If I Am The Winning Bidder, What Happens Next?
All artworks will be sent via insured shipping up to a suitable amount with 14 working days for UK based shipping addresses and 30 working days for International addresses.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept Credit Card and Bank Transfers.
Shipping & Collections
We ship via DHL, Royal Mail and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply.
How Long Does It Take To Ship An Item?

General Questions
Can I Resell Or Reproduce An Artwork?
You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any works. In doing so, you endanger our relationships with artists, and directly jeopardise the charitable work we do. Anyone found doing so will be subject to legal action.
Where Do The Proceeds Go Towards?
Proceeds raised by Art on a Postcard goes to charities, including to the Hepatitis C Trust aiding with the campaign to eliminate hepatitis C in the UK by the year 2030.
