About
Moving between painting, writing, animation and crafting, Anna’s work explores spaces of future re-vision: from feminist collective action to speculative fiction and fan activity. Current research thinks through childlessness as a condition in which futures might be forged in resistance to reproduction, using the experimental genre of speculative life writing to create fertile counternarratives.

Stargazing' and 'Note to Self' are two paintings from an ongoing series of self portraits that explore the personal negotiation of a world shaped by late capitalist technologies and attempt to capture small moments of poetry, reflection, and imagining otherwise.
